 Kaeshing conducts comprehensive quality control throughout the design and manufacturing of stainless steel insulated cups. We have a strict quality control system for 24-hour monitoring from raw materials to various processing stages. Ensure that every stainless steel insulated water cup can provide customers with safest drinking water and health with first-class quality.

Before Manufacturing

Raw Material Test

Before production starts, the quality control center will sample and test the raw materials. Kaeshing' testing standards are higher than the quality requirements of the EU and Japan.

And besides the above industrial standards, we also carefully check the unique-required stainless steel materials according to the customer's order requirements, including the diameter, thickness, and nickel content of stainless steel pipes. In addition, we take notes that the accessories of the thermos cup(including the BPA content and the firmness of the plastic accessories) are essential to a well-finished thermal flask set, which will influence the feelings when users enjoy this product.

1.Metalworking
Metalworking is the first step in the molding of stainless steel vacuum bottles. The stainless steel pipe is expanded into a predetermined shape in the mold through the pressure of water. Or use the stretching machine to punch the stainless steel disc out of the required shape and length of the inner tank of the thermos bottles many times. In this production link, we use CNC machine tools to ensure that the external dimensions of each thermos cup are consistent, so as to reduce the scrap rate of products
2.Thermos water bottle vacuum treatment
As we know, the reason for the thermos water bottle to keep water hot/cold in a long time is that there is a vacuum isolation layer between its shell and inner tank. All this depends on the vacuum treatment process of the insulated water bottle, which is also the fundamental reason why our products sell well. Therefore, we have invested the most in quality control in this link to ensure the stability of product quality.
3.Stainless steel bottle shell surface polishing
The polishing of stainless steel shell is an important step for the subsequent external surface treatment of thermos water bottle. The smooth surface is conducive to the painting and pattern printing of the outer surface of the insulated water bottle. Especially for some models of thermos bottles, the outer surface is not cylindrical, but curved. These styles of thermos bottles put forward higher requirements for the polishing process of stainless steel shell, so the employees operating this link must have more than 5 years of rich experience, which is also one of the keys for our products to be ahead of other brands.
4.Spray paint treatment of thermos bottle’s appearance
In addition to the shape of the thermos water bottle, the color of the cup plays the essention in how the customer feels about the therms brands. There are many ways to deal with the appearance color of a thermos water bottle, the most common are spray painting and plastic spraying. The paints we use have been tested for environmental protection to ensure the health and safety of raw materials. The automatic painting process and paint high-temperature baking process ensure that the paint color on the surface of the stainless steel vacuum flask is uniform and the paint will not fall off under long-term normal use.
5.Silk screen logo of thermos water bottle
OEM and ODM are our two major production pros. We support providing customers with various rationalized customization needs of thermos water bottles. 6.Thermos water bottle packaging
Packaging inspection is the last and most important link of the whole thermos water bottle product quality. Our packaging quality inspector Union will carefully inspect the appearance of each product to ensure that the vacuum water bottle with the defective surface will not be delivered to customers.Also, it is a comprehensive feedback system for the whole production link. The quality problems in any link can be found in the packaging workshop in time and fed back to the product management department for timely follow-up, so as to ensure the high-quality production and delivery of insulated water bottle products in the later stage.
